Not at all what I'm used to from the company. On the good side, reception at this location were on point, and so were the mechanics. It was more or less that I had an immediate flat, I couldn't get to work, and they said it would be quick but it took almost a hour. I understand people make appointments in advance, but quite literally every vehicle after me was taken care of until there were none but mine. Again nice people, clean atmosphere and great tire smell. I just wish they hadn't downplayed how long I'd be there. Sorry for the lower review on this one. Much better than the other location. It's just that in a pinch you'd think it's the place to go, and it still is. If an emergency happens again so be it. Not like we have any choice but to wait. Patches are free btw, so really I can't complain outside of the time it used to take to what I experienced from both stores recently. They're busy, book ahead and you'll enjoy the whole experience much better.

We pulled into Les Schwab Store #303 on 3rd Avenue in Spokane with a serious issue with our truck. We had been experiencing a severe vibration that was so bad it was causing our seat belts to lock up. Kyle D. greeted us and immediately inspected the tires. He quickly identified significant tread separation, and we realized how fortunate we were to have made it that far without suffering a blowout on one or both front tires. Because our truck runs an uncommon tire size (33x12.50R22), finding replacements wasn't easy. The team located two tires at another store, made a call to have them prepared, and promptly sent a driver to pick them up. We arrived after 4:00 PM, less than an hour before closing, but the entire team jumped into action. Despite the late hour, they worked efficiently and had us safely back on the road before 5:00 PM. It was a fantastic experience, and I truly appreciate everyone at Store #303 for coming together to take care of us. Their professionalism, urgency, and customer service turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Thank you!

Carol was so amazing! I came in on a spare with a flat 30 minutes before close, and she took my keys and assured me it would be done before they close! I didn’t even think of that as a possibility (guess I’m used to dealership speeds). And it was free for the puncture to be repaired, they put my spare back where it belonged and sent me on my way! Such an amazing experience, I’m still thinking about how amazing Carol and her team are. Very clean building with good snacks too!

Very unreliable, will make up things that need to be fixed just to up-charge everyone. Went to a different business for a second opinion and mentioned what this facility stated. Did not need the extra work completed, was also cheaper with better quality at a the other facility. We cannot trust this Les Schwab. Not reliable! We gave this place a second chance since it's closest to our home we brought a single tire here just to get it changed. Manager was very rude and refused to change the tire without us buying 4 tires. The single tire tread was at 7/32" with a hole on the sidewall from a pothole. This place will take advantage of people! We have given them multiple chances with their services but would rather drive anywhere else.
